Be Safe! Be Seen! Be Healthy!

Bike to WorkThe Bike to Work program was designed to make it easy for you to give biking to work a try. There are Bike Buddies, who can help you in planning a route, give advice on gear, and are willing to ride in with you. The Bike to Work breakfasts provide the opportunity to meet up with other bike commuters AND enjoy free breakfast, gifts, and a chance to win a new BREEZER Bicycle. The Capital Region Council of Governments (CRCOG) website provides resources and links to other bike to work information, a map of common bike commute routes,  answers to some basic questions about how to get started.
